Janus Property Preservation is
privately owned company formed in 2002 by real estate
veterans who know the vagaries of the asset management
business. The owners have a combined thirty years
experience in the selling and managing of real estate
assets. Most of our staff are licensed real estate
agents so we know the real estate laws of the areas that we
service.
